Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at my store! We process and ship all orders with care. Please read our shipping policy below to learn more about our delivery times and methods.

Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 7 business days.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and is based on weight. I ship with PostNord if nothing else is decided with the costumer.
  • Domestic Shipping (Sweden)
    • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • European Union (EU) Shipping
    • We ship to selected EU countries.
    • Standard International: 3-7 business days
    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local postal services or holiday peak seasons.
  • International Shipping
    • We ship to selected international countries
    • Standard International: 5-18 business days
    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local postal services or holiday peak seasons.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Within Sweden & EU: Orders shipped to destinations within Sweden and the European Union are not subject to customs duties or tariffs.
  • VAT: All applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included or calculated at checkout according to EU regulations.
Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package is lost or damaged on arrival, please contact me.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping to Australia
All orders to Australia are shipped from Sweden as DAP (Delivered At Place).
  • No GST/Tax at checkout: Since our annual sales to Australia are under the AUD 75,000 threshold, we do not collect Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) at checkout.
  • Duty-Free Threshold: Orders with a total value under AUD 1,000 are exempt from Australian customs duties and import taxes. For these orders, you will not receive any unexpected fees upon delivery.
  • Orders over AUD 1,000: If your order total exceeds AUD 1,000, it may be subject to Australian customs duties and GST upon arrival in Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the importer (the customer) and are collected by the local authorities.
We include a detailed commercial invoice and correct HS customs codes on the outside of every package to ensure a smooth and fast clearance through Australian Border Force.

International Shipping to Canada
For Customers in Canada (DAP - Delivered At Place)
When shipping from Sweden to Canada, your order is considered an import.
  • Import Taxes & Duties: Canada has a low duty-free threshold (CAD $20). Therefore, almost all orders shipped to Canada will be subject to Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST) and potentially customs duties upon arrival.
  • Payment Responsibility:  I (Emelie Josefin) is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees applied to your order in Canada. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier before delivery.
  • Origin: All our products are handmade and manufactured in Sweden (EU origin).
